The force is comprised of 68 federal, state and local law enforcement agencies spread throughout nine counties in the Central Valley.\n\nFresno High School Google Maps\n\nKeebtsim Txhim Christopher Xiong Fresno County Sheriff’s Office\n\nSomeone had alerted the task force that Xiong was communicating inappropriately with children on messaging platform Discord. Among the messages were sexually explicit material, detectives alleged.\n\nWith one of the children, he allegedly sent messages attempting to arrange a meetup.\n\n## Explore More\n\nXiong had worked as a tutor through the California Teaching Fellows Foundation, a nonprofit which describes itself as “providing school districts and school sites with trained college students and future leaders who serve as role models, tutors, and activity leaders.”\n\nThe foundation has a contract with [Fresno Unified School District](https://nypost.com/2026/04/09/us-news/mayors-shocking-texts-to-major-school-district-trustees-over-his-200m-a-year-signature-policy/), and the foundation has placed Xiong on administrative leave.\n\nXiong paid his $100,000 bail to be released from jail and will have a future court date.\n\nAdditional victims may come forward, detectives said.
