Nigel Farage’s Reform UK party lost its lead in national opinion polls, according to two surveys published Monday, as the ruling Labour Party got a boost from its new leader Andy Burnham.

Polling firm More in Common found 28% of people intend to vote Labour, up four percentage points, with Reform on 24%, down two points. It’s the first time Labour has led one of its polls since March 2025, the firm said.
